I had a tire that needed to be replaced. The sales rep asked that I take a picture of the tire and he would order the tire and handle the installation. For at least a month I would follow up and he would reply to at most every other message. Last message from him said the tire was finally in. I called, text, left voicemails and they still will not follow back up. I know it’s a small job for them but the communication is horrible.

Worst Service Ever Very poor service. Cart was “fixed”, but when I picked it up it wouldn’t run. I was called weeks later that it was fixed and requested it be delivered (to which they agreed). It was never delivered. Over the next few months they would call me about the cart -I would explain I awaited delivery. I also called them several times asking the status. Apparently they kept no records of the transaction. New people had no idea of that it wasn’t fixed and I was waiting for it to be delivered. After several months I finally picked up the cart. (I called many times to give them notice to prep the cart for pickup, but they never answered the phone.) the cart was outside in the back field, covered in leaves and pollen. Very dirty. I don’t want them touching my cart anymore and took it home. Being very unsatisfied I contacted the primary location in San Marcos. I left a message and they never returned my call. I paid over $500 for repairs that were never performed. I cleaned up the cart myself and sold it. I would have gotten a much higher price if the cart was in working order. The final experience: they gave me a card with links and QR code to review the business. The links don’t work. Wow! It takes a lot of practice being a bad business to get this bad!

Terrible service- was told they were about a week and a half out for repairs. Said I’ll make an appointment and drop off in a week and a half. Guy named Van was condescending and rude and said I needed to drop of my golf cart and leave it there for almost 2 weeks before They got around to repairing it. They wouldn’t allow me to book an appt and drop it off at a later date. Sounds real sketchy. Will find another place.
