I purchased $1300 worth of Trojan batteries and was told not to use anything but a wrench or socket to install and not to over tighten the nuts because it could cause the stud to break loose and that would not be covered by the warranty. Now when i called to let them know one of my studs got hot and i tried to take the nut off by hand (didn’t have tools with me) so that it wouldn’t ruin my cart they’re telling me the nut was too loose and that’s not under warranty. I did what they asked and just used a wrench and did not over tighten the nuts and now I’m screwed out of a $200 battery! I work for a company and we sell automotive and industrial batteries and this stuff happens from time to time and we warranty the battery and let the customer know that if it happens again then it may be the user or installer error and there will be no warranty after this one time and it keeps the not so honest customers away and the good customers coming back to continue doing business with us. In this case i guess mission golf cars doesn’t care if you come back or not they’ve already screwed you out of your money!
These guys are awesome! Manny & Art were both very helpful and comedic guys. Definitely glad we purchased our cart from them and use them for service. Our recent service call was at reasonable cost. They even gave us some advice on how to prevent a return trip for the same issue. Thanks for being a great business!
Austin was very helpful throughout the whole process. Give them a try!
