I appreciate the good will of your company. However I was promised a new cart with the same features of the trade in. But, the new cart doesn’t have a USB port and has no turn signals. I expect you to make good on these promises.
I purchased a golf cart here a few years ago and had a positive experience. I even referred several friends in my neighborhood and my mother to purchase from these guys, so naturally I wanted to return to them for some updates. However, after getting my cart updated with a lift among other things I had a few issues, one of which was communication (or lack thereof--they have been overwhelmed with golf cart requests, but it'd be nice to have a response to an email). I emailed the sales guy a list of requests I wanted on the cart. However, the service manager never received all of them, so when I called to check on my cart the day it was supposed to be finished, he said he didn't get word of the wheels and tires I wanted. This resulted in me losing out on my cart for an additional three days. When the cart was finally complete and dropped off, there were a few minor issues with it. Apparently after the cart is washed, part of the LEDs may remain illuminated for a few days. I had no idea and they didn't inform me of this, until I complained since I thought they were broken. Additionally, they did not properly attach my cupholder to the cart, they failed to secure the bottom mat correctly, and they screwed into part of my storage container when they installed some underglow LEDs. Mistakes happen. However, they did come out the following day to fix all of the issues so I will give them credit for making it right. Overall the cart looks great, and despite the lack of communication and a slight lack of attention to detail, they strive to make things right for their customers.
I recently purchased a golf cart from Garrett’s after being referred by a family member and had a pleasant experience. I appreciate that there was no sales pressure and was impressed how easily you can customize your cart at a reasonable price. The delivery went smoothly and was earlier than promised. I definitely recommend Garrett’s.
