When a shock mount for my Club Car DS lift kit wouldn't fit, this company, Wayne in particular, went above and beyond. They took my measurements and fabbed up some new shock mounts, mailed them to me, and all on their dime. Excellent customer service and will definitely do business with again.
This comapny sells damaged products and does very little to make it right, despite their claims. I bought a lift kit from them that was heavily damaged. All I wanted was a new front plate that came in dented. I gave them over a month to fix it. After Lexa ensured me that they would make it right, they clearly have no intention to do so.
Called and placed an order late on a Friday. Female on phone was very knowledgeable as to products and polite. I received my order on the following Wednesday by noon, well package and as ordered. Very fast shipping. Pulled the Cart into the garage and within 2.5 hours had a 6" lift, tires/wheels installed and alignment completed. They include some of the best instructions with photos that I have seen in a while. Very easy to install. Also I phoned my order in direct and received a savings that beat any price that I could find a on the internet. I would highly recommend this company and thier products to anyone. Thanks
