Scenic City Golf Carts

I’m typically not the person to take the time to review anyone or their business. However, I feel that I should in this case. I took my Mother’s Golf Cart to Chris to be repaired. She had bought new batteries and after installing them, the cart had lost power. I was continuously approached about trading the Cart. I explained that she was 81 years old and merely used the cart for running back and forth to her garden. I had to call again and again trying to find out if there was any news regarding the problem. I was told each time that they were working on it and he would check the status and call me right back. Never once received a call. After a month, I spoke with Chris and let him know I would be there to pick it up. I told him that I felt like it was the control box in front of the motor that needed to be replaced and I was going to do it myself. He immediately told me that I was correct and that they and already replaced it along with one other part. I informed him that I would be there to get it on my day off, which was Thursday. He said he would call me right back again and never did. Now, he wouldn’t answer my phone calls. I showed up with my trailer on Thursday and spoke with a super nice girl who works for Chris and told her I was there to get my cart. She called Chris and he told her to tell me that I needed to come back because he needed to hook up one wire. I said no, I’m here to get the cart. She helped me to find it in the back and it had not been touched. I was barely able to get it on the trailer. After taking it to a guy off Mac Smith Road named Andrew, for $50 he discovered that the new batteries were the wrong voltage. It’s corrected now. After reading this, use your own judgment. Not someone I would recommend doing business with.

Our old cart kept dying on us (from a different dealer, no longer in business) and I contacted 4 different golf cart dealers in Chattanooga. Chris was the ONLY one to call me back the same day. He picked up our old cart 2 days later and immediately gave me some professional advice about switching to Lithium batteries since they are much more reliable and don’t need to be regularly replaced. We test drove several different carts (ALL AWESOME!). Since I wasn’t expecting to have to invest in a brand new cart - Chris totally worked with us and got us the PERFECT cart at a GREAT price! We traded in our old cart in and are so happy we did. Chris and his team are hardworking and fantastic to deal with. We look forward to customizing our cart with Chris for years to come. Just bought our first golf cart from Scenic City and we are absolutely in love with it! The whole purchase experience was comfortable and easy! We really appreciate Kayley for her thorough professionalism as well as Chris and Cameo for assisting us with the process! They even delivered it to our house! These are great people who really take care of their customers! Looking forward to sending all of our friends their way as well as returning ourselves for anything we might need!
