So accommodating and great service. Drove a cart out in less than 2 hours even being from Canada and it being a holiday for banks at home. The Team did not let any detail go unnoticed or missed. Highly recommend Pohle EZGO experience. We are so happy with our new Ride.

Had an issue with my EZ-GO and called Pohle. They picked my cart up and Kevin had my cart diagnosed within a couple hours. They returned my cart repaired promptly. Randy educated me on the extra care needed in our current heat so armed with that information I plugged my charger in. The next morning I had warning lights on the charger and contacted Randy and took my charger in to be checked. Kevin meet me in the parking lot and took my charger to checkout. He called me within a short period of time and asked to come get the cart for further diagnosis. After further checking found the problem and called to say it was fixed. Mike made like 3 trips with my cart picking up and returning to me. This crew is the friendliest group of service workers! And they go the extra mile too! So glad to have them in my corner!

Randy was amazing. We had a golf cart go down at one of our high schools, Randy picked it up and repaired it, then delivered it back to the high school. A couple of days later we had another issue with the same golf cart. I called Randy, he picked it up, and fixed it at no charge and returned it to the site. His customer service is impeccable, very easy to work with.
