The owner, Roger, was able to explain the process for repairing an old golf cart I have been considering purchasing. Getting it refurbished seems like a much more affordable option than buying new, and I was pretty impressed with his knowledge. It helps me buy used when I know I have some I can trust to repair it.

Went to this store a total of four times, first to order part for golf cart. Second to pick up said part. Turned out wrong part was ordered so returned third time to order correct part. When I returned fourth time to return wrong part for correct part, the douche cashier would only credit purchase amount toward correct part and kept the tax. When I asked him about the difference, the simpleton replied, " I've done this many times and I am right". At this point, I am agitated by this over the hill, golf cart parts jockey douchebag, I decide it's not worth arguing with this guy as to why his popsicle stand needs to keep my money in order to keep its doors open. I would not recommend this place to anyone and here are reasons why... Every visit I made there the guy had bad attitude and very standoffish. I was treated as a burden, or inconvenient interruption instead as a paying customer. As a solution to the wrong part being ordered, the man started to instruct me to cut and splice wires on A NEW part to get desired amount of wires for my application, (knowing damn well by doing so I wouldn't be able to return part by the way). I had a good laugh about his moronic solution. After telling guy I'm not modifying a new part, and to look in his little book for right part, he frustratedly flipped through his book looking for part, then he called supplier and located correct part. ( Very poor customer service skills, if any.) I could tell he was very annoyed by my refusal of his advice, and my directions. Theft- this place refused to apply the tax I paid for wrong part, to the correct part. Every refund I've ever been given includes tax refunded. THEFT Heed my advice and don't give this place the opportunity to steal your hard earned cash while bieng spoken to In an extremely condescending manner. PS. Your very professional and friendly response to my review of your POS shack stealing a portion of my refund, should tell potential customers everything they need to know about yourself and your popsicle stand business. Doesnt take too many brain cells to sell batteries does it? HaHA Lame Bro
