P&P Small Engines

I had dealt with P&P for various reasons since 2004. They always repaired our equipment quickly and at a reasonable price. In June, I purchased a golf cart from them. At the time of the purchase, the turn signals didn’t work properly but I was told that the part was ordered and that as soon as it came in they would come and pick up the cart and then return it to me free of charge. I was told that the cart had been gone completely through so I didn’t see the need to take it for a test drive, especially with their previous track record for service. As soon as I got the cart home, I found that the brakes were in bad need of adjustment. When they picked up the cart to repair the turn signals, I mentioned that to them. When the cart was returned to me, the signals were repaired and the brakes adjusted free of charge. Customer service is not dead everywhere! Thanks P&P.

I called P and P because I bought a used rider that stoped working and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. They did a diagnostic and it was going to cost more to fix than the mower was worth and they didn’t once attempt to sell me the repairs. In fact they said if you would have said go ahead we would have talked you out of it. I told them I didn’t have the money for a new one but to keep me in mind if a used one appeared. I was able to save and I called them to request to speak to Justin who was so kind and honest, I expressed that I wanted to come in on 6/28 and told him the mower I wanted and that because of his kindness I wanted to be sure he got the credit for the sale. Not only did he explain how popular the model was I wanted when he realized how few they had left he called me back to explain he would ensure one was there on Friday when I came to purchase it. I could have cried at how thoughtful he was being and how great the customer service was. I started telling every employee and customer I worked with today to go to P an P because they would be getting all of my business. When I stop in tomorrow I’m going to be sure to repeat all of this too them.

Very pleasant interaction with P&P. My steering on a Cub Cadet 30in rider was damaged. They came, picked up my mower and had it repaired and delivered back to me in just a couple days. I was concerned it might take days or even weeks because this is their busy time. And the cost was reasonable, also. Thanks P&P
