I recently had the pleasure of purchasing from SCV Carts, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. Jordan and Kyle were beyond amazing to work with, and their expertise made the entire purchasing process seamless. Their kindness and knowledge were truly impressive, and it was evident that they are passionate about what they do. This review is of our amazing experience with SCV Carts. In November 2023, we had the pleasure of meeting Kyle, Jordan, and SCV Carts team at a community event where they had a booth and couple Evolution carts on display. The team took time to show and explain the various options and models to my family and I during the busy event. They happily answered all our questions and even let us sit in each one to get a feel for each model. The next week I stopped into their office on the way home from work. They remembered my name and let me test drive one of the carts! I then made the purchase as a surprise to my family. They explained all the operations of the cart, the details of the warranty, cleaning and care, and even offered a 0% financing option. The entire time I felt as if I was hanging with friends – no undue pressure or sales charades like others. This happened to be the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and I was expecting to have the cart delivered after the holiday week…nope! They went above and beyond…detailed the cart and delivered it the next day to our house at the surprise to all of us! They showed us everything once again and even went on a short spin around the neighborhood to ensure we understood everything. Since then, we’ve been back for routine service and some equipment upgrades. They were able to advise us on what they think is best for our cart and were able to order everything we wanted. Kyle came and picked up our cart, performed the planned service, and installed all the upgrades. They then brought the cart back detailed and once again took the time and went through everything with us. Additionally, we had one issue with the cart, and I could not figure out what was going on. I immediately contacted the team and expressed concern while thinking that this was going to be a warranty claim. Once again, the team made the time and came out as soon as possible and performed troubleshooting on the issue. It ended up being my fault, something I caused, and not a warranty claim or issue with cart. Kyle made the repair on the spot and glanced over everything to make sure there were no other issues. All in all, the customer service received from SCV Carts over the last year is like none other. I can’t say enough about Kyle, Jordan, and the SCV Carts team. We get a lot of questions about the cart and without hesitation, refer everyone to SCV Carts. Businesses should take note of their service and approach as this is what creates lifelong loyalty in my book. I can’t say enough and will only go to them for anything in the future. Called ahead on a Sunday after seeing an Aventon Pace 500.3 in stock and co-owner Kyle went out of his way to accommodate us and have the bike and paperwork ready when we arrived from Bakersfield a couple hours later. Friendly and communicative, I really appreciate SCV Carts. Thank you!
