Do not book from them. I had 2 separate orders cancelled in 24 hours and they have yet to give my money back, meaning I likely won’t get to see the city I’ve traveled to because I can’t afford a different mobility option.
The best service in New York city. The car was almost brand new. The best price also. And the most important thing:they came in no time!
This was an excellent experience. They dropped off a wheelchair for my mother in the lobby of the hotel, a few hours after ordering and called to let us know it was there. I left the chair in the lobby on our last day and emailed. They picked up. This was easy, very reasonable and quality equipment.
