Honesty, integrity and a handshake best describe the folks Tee Time. I brought a disaster of a cart in for repair recently with my own ideas of why it wouldn’t run. Initially the techs thought it was a battery issue. As it turned out , while the batteries were in poor shape there was another issue causing the cart not to run . Additionally, there were many other problems with the cart that I was only vaguely aware of . Dale the owner was quick to recognize the issues, gave prompt call backs with estimates, charged only for work I asked for and provided advice on safety and preventative maintenance. Too, while offering that they sell electric and gas carts should I be in the market in the future, never once did he pressure me to buy. The mechanics were nice and Dale & his wife seem to be genuine down home good people. If you’re looking for a great dealership or a good repair shop with that rare neighborhood feel, look no further. Tee Time is the place.

Sold a golf cart ( that I bought from them a few years earlier) back to them for a really cheap price and they didn’t take care of the paperwork that caused me a nightmare!! Would not recommend them anymore

Some update is needed here. I had posted a five star review in fall of 2023 (see below). At that time, the firm was called "Tee Time Golf Carts". Well, ownership and location have changed by now (April 2024). The new company is "Advantage Golf Carts" at 74 North Yonge Street in Ormond Beach. I recently used them for a golf cart repair. The experience was very different from the past. I am withdrawing the previous 5 star review. August 2023: Have used "Tee Time" for more than a decade. Dale isn't the friendliest individual on the planet, but his firm's work is of high quality, fairly priced, and the communication is very good. Haven't had any problems or surprises with them in all those years and will continue to use them.
