Disappointing... A tech came buy, smelled the dipstick and told us we needed a carburetor. Charged $70 for that 2 minute assessment. We said fine, let's put one in! He said he wasn't sure if they had any in stock, but knowing we had company arriving the next day, he would do everything possible to contact the office and try to find one, and that someone would get back to us ASAP to schedule. After another week+, I started getting calls to set an appointment for the install. I called back and tried to leave a message, but their mailbox was full. Fortunately, I had been able to call another reliable repair shop that communicated, and got the job done for a reasonable price before my company arrived. Will not call this business again.

Careful for the price. They told me one price no matter what they did then added an hourly rate to it. Also did not do what I wanted but went ahead and did it their way without my permission. I think he was in a hurry to get on his way. Didn’t stop to check with me.

I called All About Carts on a Sunday and they answered the phone! They were able to service my cart on Tuesday, just 2 days later! Justin was the tech who responded. He was punctual and polite and solved my problem quickly. Justin answered all of my questions patiently and gave me great advice on how to keep my golf cart in top condition. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer service person. We have used All About Carts in the past and will continue to use them because of the great service they provide. I highly recommend them for all of your golf cart needs.
