I visited the Ben Nelson off hwy I 10 on 26 Sept. I was not greeted by the employee who was on the phone. He finished the call and started dialing another number, poor customer service and Ben Nelson lost a major purchase. I went to Gulf Coast golf carts also off off I 10 and received better customer service and made a purchase o the spot. If you want great service and no pushy sales person visit them.
