I bought a golf cart from Carolina Carriage in 2019, I have had it serviced there each Spring, I notified them that my parking brake was not engaging, they picked up my cart, fixed it, and delivered it back to my house and there was no charge, they have always provided extremely satisfying service, Thanks!
While they finished quickly and it appears they did solve the problem I will not use them again. I do not favor buying parts I do not need. They replaced my brand new battery claiming the old one to be shorted out (85 plus dollars ) I had the one they removed tested at Advance and Auto Zone. Both stated it needed to be topped off on charge but there is nothing wrong with it. Summing it up (my opinion) I would say in my case they were an Overrated, Overpriced Con job.
