The sales process was great. Clear, smooth and professional. One thing I would suggest is to spend a bit more time cleaning up the cart for delivery. There are also a couple small "items" that could be better presented (trim around back cargo area is roughly cut and one tail light 'moves.')
We purchased our refurbished 2022 ELiTE RXV from E-Z-GO of Hilton Head in April 2023 after relocating to the area. The option of purchasing a late-model refurbished cart with its remaining warranty intact represented the best value for our needs. Anthony Kritz and the staff at EZ-Z-GO HHI were very helpful in explaining the options, locating the cart and arranging the financing. We’ve also found the local service facility to be very helpful when we have wanted to add accessories, generally making same-day access possible. The cart does everything we need it to do, from golf course performance to transportation within the community, with no performance complaints. We couldn’t be happier with the cart or the service from the E-Z-GO HHI Sales and Service team.
Last month, we purchased a new 2023 Elite model. Kerry and Joe were great to work with as they built in every feature that we were looking for at a very fair price. We have been thoroughly pleased with cart since delivery. Kerry and Joe came recommended by local folks who are in the industry and who knew that they would take care of us - they sure did, and will for you too.
