Galveston Golf Carts

I purchased a golf cart from them and had trouble getting my insurance right away due to the storm etc. The owner has not been in contact with me even I've reached out to him several times. For all I know he sold my golf cart to someone else and I've already paid for it. I'm very upset and I don't know what to say except, I want my cart!

Wanted to give a big shout out and even bigger Thank You to the owners. Today my personal golf cart died and I called to see if they could help. They certainly came to the rescue in a big way. They checked my batteries and were going to trailer to my house for me. Lo and behold it started working again. So he followed me back to my house to make sure it stayed working. Could not have asked for better people to help me. Thanks again and if I ever need an extra cart I’m coming to you.

Went to rent an 8 person golf cart and immediately knew something was wrong with it. It was slow, significantly to the point cars behind us were honking. We would have to push on the gas pedal 3 times just to get it going. The brake system was HORRIBLE. When we brought it back we mentioned it to the “big boss” he declined switching it out and instead “tested it himself” and said it was fine. The Bluetooth speakers were also very glitchy and hit or miss on working. The following morning we take it out and we got stuck in the middle of an intersection. The number on the side of the cars aren’t even active. Thankfully we got ahold of someone and they brought out a replacement. Which faster, the Bluetooth worked & breaks were much safer. There’s a million other places to rent a golf cart, I highly recommend you do your homework and chose elsewhere with better customer service.
