Shawn and his team were SUPER helpful to me with my cart issue - they diagnosed it in moments, and corrected my problem on the spot. Simple loose wire (my own operator error). They were so gracious and understanding, sharing a laugh with me and sending me on my merry way with no charge. I will DEFINITELY come back for my service needs, and batteries, in the future!
I called yesterday at 4:58pm and wanted to see if I could get the speed control increased on a golf cart. The person on the phone, Matt, said all I had to do was bring it in. I asked if they were open and he said he was just walking out the door (they close at 5pm). I said I will be in in the morning. Arrived this morning and he couldn't program because controller was too old, but he took an extra 15 minutes advising and speaking about potential upgrades to be done. If Matt is any indication of the type of service and support then Golf Cart Outlet Inc on Market St will be my one and only stop for installation and support. Thanks Matt! Your knowledge and courtesy on the call made a lifetime customer. First impressions do make a difference!
