I rented a golf cart from them over the labor day weekend they dropped the cart off at the campground in Pigeon Forge and picked it up and had the best price for a campground cart I will definitely use them again and was very friendly on the phone I highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them again in the future
Not usually a big “negative review” person, but my mother purchased a BRAND NEW golf cart this year for $14,000. Less than a month later they were all for sale for $9,995! Called to talk about it and they said “we gave the money back to some of the customers, but can’t do it for everyone.” So here we are, clear title in hand, going to sell it and they told the potential buyer that it’s only worth $5,000!!!! This place is a JOKE! Do NOT spend any money here! You’re better off to drive out of town and go anywhere but here. They are just pure crooks! SMH! Also, there is only 18 miles on it and it stays covered! Pictures attached to show condition!
Service was excellent! Ryan was very professional and most of all honest. He answered a ton of questions that I had. He was not a pushy salesman, just gave us all the facts of each cart we looked at. I had a hard time making up my mind but definitely pleased with my final decision. My husband and I had been looking at several places and this place was our favorite. I highly recommend this business.
