Hawg’s Golf Cart and ATV

I dropped my gokart off on May 31st for repairs. I choose this specific location because of the great reviews. I picked up my go kart today July 8th and it was not repaired, I choose not to repair it because the repair was not worth the money not Hawg Powersport fault. But here is the problem, the whole time it was in for repair I never recieved one call on a status or qoute for repairs. I told the service guy on the 31st that I would purchase a new dirt bike if this repair was not worth the cost. But the lack of communication and customer service was very disappointing to me. I was hoping to receive the same level of service these 4 and 5 stars customers received, but unfortunately it was not the cast. So then I recieved my gokart back in worst condition in which I dropped it off, there is rust everywhere and missing parts throughout the go kart. I hope they learn from this experience, because now I have to come home and explain to my 8 year old son that his go kart was not repaired and I didnt purchased a new dirt bike due to the lack of communication and customer service.

We love the cart and are very pleased with the ease of purchase, the delivery and the payment plan. The service we got yesterday to up the speed to the promised 25 mph was perfect. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Your staff is easy to work with and the Evolution 4 Plus is a great product. Thank you.

A bit understaffed. We felt rushed. The other ther staff didn't even greet us. If we're going to pay 10K for a golf cart, all the staff should have at least said hello. Still looking for a golf cart. Coty. Thanks for answering our questions.
