Very helpful. The owner took me into the shop to explain battery charging and maintenance. He demonstrated for me that my charger was working well. He could have simply said know your charger is no good and tried to sell me a new one but he did not. I appreciate the honesty.
I had a problem with the batteries in my new cart and these folks worked to get them replaced under warranty for me. I would and have recommended them to anyone interested in a new golf cart.
Today I walked in and asked if they sold replacement electric motors. A very irritated man looked up from his computer screen for a moment and said "no" then he quickly looked back down. My next question was going to be regarding the purchase of one of their lithium golf carts. Instead of asking I just walked out. If you want me to give you $10k for a golf cart you have to be nice fellas.
