Matt's Custom Golf Carts

Had a fantastic sales experience at Matt’s in Naples. We purchased a Ranger 4 (Evolution) back in early December and the cart came in quickly and was delivered in a timely manner. Kee Kee was great for coordinating the delivery and some of the extras we added. I feel comfortable with the vendor and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used golf cart.

Purchased a golf cart from them a couple months ago. The golf cart it's self is wonderful, however the customer service at Matt's has been beyond horrible. We called asking if they could take a look at the cart and possibly give us regular (smoother) road tires versus the combo off-road/road tires that came with it. They came and picked it up with no problem. After three weeks of having the cart without hearing from anyone we called to get a status. First we were told they were waiting on the tires, then a machine broke, then they were going to get to it in a couple days. Called back a week later (They've now had it close to 5 weeks) and was told they were putting the tires on and we would have it today or tomorrow. Called the next day and talked to the owner Tim. Was told they would call us back by Friday. End of Friday came, no call.. so we called back. After being put on hold 3x at over 8 mins each time, was finally told it was on the truck coming back to us. Golf cart arrived with the same tires it had on it. They had the cart for 5 weeks and did nothing to it. Highly recommend you use another local golf cart company for any service. They were great at taking our $25k+ for the cart but could care less about their customers after they have your money. We will be looking for another company to use for future purchases and will not recommend Matt's to anyone while driving around Naples.
