The communication is bad for service, and if one of their business customers calls you get put to the back of the line to get your cart back. I would look elsewhere for service.
I have been waiting for weeks for a part. This store keeps telling me that the part is on back-order. I need my XRT 1500 Carry All at the farm so I asked if they could give me the part# so I could look for the part online. They said it was against their policy. Well, I found the part on Amazon at half price and free-shipping. This is why many business' are shutting down. Soon Walmart and Amazon will be the only companies in the USA. P.S. BTW, within one hour, I was notified that my item has shipped.
