Had an issue with our rental cart about halfway through our stay at the campground pretty late in the day. The cart had started an incessant beep while on a drive as if you were stuck in reverse. Called the main office and got transferred to golf cart office and they switched out our rental for a different cart 10 minutes before closing for the night.
It's expensive at over $400 for the week to rent a golf cart and the line for the rental office seems to always be backed up out the door in the afternoon but they are clean and in impeccable shape. You will never have a problem with a rental from OL
The new golf cart curfew policy is absolutely insane I was 5 minutes past curfew just trying to take a walk on the beach when I was stoped and given a $100 ticket for being out even tho I am 21 and the golf cart is not a rental ,and when I called about it they stated that the beach is not a legitimate destination to go to after hours, so if your looking to basically get told when you can and can’t be out and how loud to have your music or even want to just take a walk on the beach at night I definitely 100% would not recommend this place to anybody.
