Off-Road Gatlinburg UTV Rentals

Our family of 5 had a great time with Off-Road Gatlinburg. It was well worth the money. Our adult children said it was the best part of our vacation! The ride was 90 minutes with a stop in the middle on top of a mountain. There was plenty of hills to go up and down. We will definitely do this again on our next trip! The staff were great!!

I cannot recommend this business highly enough! We did both their off road park tour and rented a UTV for the day. The off road park tour was very fun and entertaining. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the experience was great. The UTV daily rental- you get the unit for 24hrs not just an 8 or 10 hour day like most places. They give you access to the different trails, breaking down what each one offers, and how long it is expected to take to complete. The staff was friendly, helpful, shared their personal experiences and recommendations- just terrific. The unit was pristine clean, in great condition, and they even gave us bungee cords to borrow to secure our cooler on the back. We realized about halfway down a hiking trail that took longer than expected that we would be late returning the unit and called to let them know and was met with super friendly and understanding "no problem, thanks for letting us know". I was fully expecting and willing to pay a fee for being late but they refused. Honestly, the entire staff were rays of sunshine and friendliness and the two experiences we had with this company absolutely MADE our trip! Thank you for being awesome!

My wife and I went on the sunset trip this afternoon, and I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a little off-road adventure while visiting the Gatlinburg area. We were greeted by the gentleman who maintains the trails and services the equipment. He was very polite and let me know that the guides who be returning any minute to help. Speaking of the guides, these two young women were also very polite and professional. We had a blast running around the trails with them for about an hour before we all went to peak at sunset. The girls took about a hundred pictures of us and were full of knowledge about the mountains and neighboring states and cities, smart young ladies. It is worth the time and money!
