Had trouble with my EzGo golf cart. I tried to test the solenoid and thought it was bad. I went to pick up the part from them and they asked specific questions on how I tested it and even checked it for me to make sure it was definitely bad. Turns out it wasn’t, we talked for probably 20 minutes on how to troubleshoot more. Could’ve sold me the part and made easy money, instead they helped me and showed me what I needed to do to save money and fix it. I will be going here for all my other golf cart needs. Fantastic service.
I bought a set of trojan batteries and put them in myself. I had a very good experience dealing with omni and the batteries were priced reasonably. Trojan batteries are definitely worth the extra cost.
