Quality Cars and Carts

Wow I cannot say enough positive things about Quality Cars and Carts and their staff. I walked in and was greeted immediately by Tim, and was continuously greeted by additional staff when they came by where we were standing. Tim spent a lot of time explaining everything about the cart I was purchasing and I was back in my car not even twenty minutes later. They delivered my cart this morning (at no additional charge even though I live almost an hour from the store!) and Jamie (I believe that was his name) went over everything with me again and answered all my questions. A really great group of people I was happy to bring my business to.

Issue with bad terminal connection. One call, that’s all. Rob picked it up, took it to the shop, brought it back in two hours. No charge, no paperwork - just handshakes. Rob and Tim are the Best.

Terrible customer service. I contacted them October 29 2024 regarding upgrading our golf cart to lithium. They asked for me to send photos of our battery compartment to their email, and I did. Since then, they have ignored every attempt to contact them. I have emailed them 4 times (verified their email each time), and called 3 times. All emails and voicemails have gone unanswered. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere. If/when it comes time to get a new cart, it surely won't be at "Quality Cars and Carts", and I will definitely be steering friends away from this place. They just can't be bothered to help their customers.
