I'm from California and it was a gamble to order equipment from out of state with an unknown vendor, but I'm so glad the rating on this dealer lived up to our experience! Our HOA bought a Cushman and worked with Steven and he was stellar - he's knowledgable, provided photos, quick quotes (this was helpful as we were under a deadline!), extra information to inform our buying decision, great communication, and really appreciate his honesty and keeping every in the loop on updates! Also, our property management company could only source a Cushman that was too big and RMT had the right size for a good price, even with shipping!
Brad Egan at RMT has consistently provided outstanding service, assisting us multiple times with the pickup, repair, and return of our awesome golf cart we bought from them. The level of service is both impeccable and efficient. We wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.
