Caddyshack Golf Cartz

Stephanie and Bob were both great to work with. They diligently assisted me during my golf cart search and once I decided on a golf cart they had in stock, they worked with me to get a very fair deal on a 2023 yamaha drive2 golf cart and then helped me accessorize it too. Stephanie provided me with great communication during the sales process and it was great to get to know and talk with both Bob, the manager, and her at delivery. I'd definitely do business with them again and I appreciate how easy they made the process and how friendly and willing to work with me they were.

I called this place three times and asked about renting a golf cart. The first time the man told me they do rent golf carts but he didnt know anything about it. He stated the people that handle the rentals are not there yet and to call back. I called back after lunch. Same story they are not here. I said is there nobody that can help me? No. I called back again. Still nobody here that can help. I asked if they would be in tomorrow? He said he did not know because they were supposed to be here today. I told him I want to do business with them - can’t anyone there help me? He said NO. This is terrible customer service!!! I ended up calling other stores and accidently called their other store. He told me to call the first store - so I told him the story and asked to speak to the owner because If it was my company I would want to know! He said he would not let me speak to the owner and hung up on me! What happened to customer service!!! I would not rent OR Buy a golf cart from these rude people!!!!!

Have sent our golf cart in twice to get bluetooth radio fixed and both times it quits working within a couple of days of getting home. Very discouraging.
