Eco Carts

Very unprofessional! I rented a cart for after my wedding and we thought the prices were great. Upon arrival this was the cart we were presented?? On top of that, the morning I called to request a same day rental, he said how about to-MATER? No wonder!

Rented a 4 seater that came and it was teal and white. The man delivered it to me and my 10 year old daughter. He had a Segway and took off after he delivered our cart. We live in Harbour Point right across the bridge and it was so easy to place the transaction and also very nice to have for the night. Even my 70 year old dad and mom came for a ride. I loved it. I just called to reserve another one for this weekend. I hope I get a call back. People on the sidewalks loved them and asked where we rented it. Best night in a long time!

Our experience was terrible. First our cart was never delivered, then when we tried to call no one answered the phone, then the mailbox was full. My husband drove to the address the next morning on Pacific Ave. and there was actually no business at that address. I then sent a text letting them know my next call would be to the BBB and Chamber of Commerce. Funny, heard back immediately and our cart was delivered within an hour. The cart was nice and made the trip to the beach much easier. We did have issues with the cart charging and had an issue with the e-brake. We were told we would receive a credit for the late delivery and inconvenience. It has been over a week and no credit. I would not recommend Eco Carts.
