Best Car Buying Experience Ever! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. We worked with Sarge, and he was very kind and professional as well as easy to work with. He was not pushy and was very fair about the process. They only sell cars that have clean titles and typically one or two owners that you can tell took care of the vehicles. It was the quickest experience as well. I would absolutely recommend looking here for a car first before looking anywhere else.
Between May 30 and June 1 I bought a RXR four wheeler for my son, and an RPS Condor for myself, because mini bikes are a blast. Sales Experience: No bells or whistles here. They’re up front, pricing is out the door as listed, and the sales floor changes often. They do a lot of business here, and these vehicles are very popular due to their price point. On the high end you might spend $5000 here. The sales floor is very easy to navigate. Bikes and larger quads/ATVs are directly in the front door, while kids ATVs and dirt bikes are to the immediate left. Pricing and Inventory: These are all Chinese made bikes, quads and scooters. Pricing is related - Nothing over 5k on the high end that I saw. Inventory cycles every few days it seems, so if you find something you like, it’s best to jump on it. They’ll likely get more, but it could be a bit. Quality of Product: The shop itself simply sells these items, as a reminder. They do initial assembly, oil battery and gas when you purchase the item. Again, these are Chinese made and manufactured. These do not hit the same quality you’d see from Polaris or the Japanese contemporary brands. Please keep this in mind - you will want to double check bolts nuts and screws and apply your own thread locker as needed. Many of these Chinese made items are from the same OEM with different branding - YouTube is your friend for maintenance items. Service department: The service bay is attached directly to sales. They have two mechanics at this time - Both very friendly and helpful. The older gentlemen really knows his way around carbs and gets your gear running right. The younger gentlemen is very friendly and helpful, and even helped me tie down my new bike. They do let you know that these bikes typically don’t have a real warranty - there is a 60 day manufacturer defect warranty. That’s it. It covers parts, not labor. Buying Chinese means you need to be comfortable working on Carbs or have a mechanic that’s willing to work on Chinese stuff. Experience Overall: I walked in, knew what I wanted and paid cash. Sales was very helpful, and mostly knew their products. Loading and transport is on you, the buyer. They will help you load the bike or quad if possible. I’ll be buying here again. The value for money is way too high compared to big brand names. Sure you do some stuff yourself, but repairs are cheap and plentiful, and the smiles per dollar can’t be beat.
Too bad you can't give negative stars...My husband and I and bought a go kart here. Friendly service and pretty easy to purchase. We get it home do the oil change they told us too. Rode it a couple times around the block. We took it out to a parade on the next weekend and the entire bumper fell off. We called, they told us to bring it in. We noticed on the ride back home that it was louder than when we first took it out. My husband found that the breather had melted as well. We took it in to them and showed them, they charged us $100 to improperly weld the bumper back on (welded to chain tensioner so now there is no way to adjust the tension of the chain), tighten the muffler up without a gasket and didn't fix the breather. While my husband was there, the owner also accused us of pulling something heavy with the bumper. This place does not back up the things they sell and do not make it it right when things fall apart. We were told that the "mechanics" go over everything before we take it home as per thier warranty policy. It is apparent they did not "go over everything". I do not suggest ever buying from them. Now we have a $3,000 piece of junk.
