Among casual eateries in a residential area, this laid-back hotel is 7 miles from Interstate 10 and 12 miles from the El Paso Zoo. It's 20 miles from the Hueco Tanks State Park & Historic Site. Down-to-earth rooms provide Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, as well as minifridges, microwaves and coffeemakers. Suites add sitting areas. There's an outdoor pool, a low-key lobby lounge and a 24-hour gym. Parking and a breakfast buffet are also available.

Some scammer hacked into my IHG account and booked a hotel room here. When I called the hotel to inform them that it was not me and they should call the police and kick the person out, I was shocked to hear how they showed no compassion or empathy. They seem to have a very bad way of verifying the identity of the person upon checkin and are not checking properly who books the hotel and dont verify with a physical credit card.
The hotel was very clean, as was the room. Overall, it was a cozy, space, like any other Holiday Inn. With Christmas decorations! What made the real difference this time was Ben. He was amazing, helped us out with extra pillows, assisting us with the wifi, and was just a joy to converse with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and which restaurants we should try. You could tell that it isn’t just about getting through the hours with him, it’s that he loves what he does, and THAT makes all the difference. Others that were extremely helpful and nice and need a mention are Jennifer and Ron. I’m not sure if I’ll be back to El Paso, but if I am, I’m going to stay here. ALSO, there’s a resident tabby cat. He is very friendly and sweet, all the more reason to stay here. Take him home if you can! We can’t because of where we’re headed, but we would if we could.
Stayed here for a couple of days due to AC going out and waiting for repair. Stay was ok, good breakfast. Evening front desk staff was great and friendly. Housekeeping was great, always came back to a clean room. I would recommend this place to anyone. Have plenty of law enforcement members staying at this hotel for training or what not.
