The service from Luxe Kart was wonderful. They delivered, plugged in and picked up the six person cart rented. The cart was perfect to get our beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers close to the beach We also enjoyed the kart for short trips for ice cream and nearby restaurants. The family had a lot of fun with Luxe Kart. Thank you
Giving three starts because it was good customer support. But besides that wasn't very happy. Was told that I could use it to go to Virginia Beach from the Koa I was at and that wasn't true. Cart only went 22 miles an hour and all the roads around the Koa were 55. I only received a partial refund as well. But shout out to Lea for being very kind about the whole thing!
Excellent customer service and top notch equipment. This is the best cart you can rent. They are beautifully maintained, zippy, and fun to drive. Love that there's a code to start it rather than a key. No mix up between companies at the beach access points.
