Would definitely recommend Modwest Golf Cart. We got our cart delivered today ( a little later than expected) but with covid and supply chain issues, it was definitely worth the wait! Gary helped us with a rental to hold us over until our cart was done. Really happy with the overall results and friendly customer service!

They kept our golf cart for 2 weeks and still did not diagnose it. We finally told them to forget about it and we picked it up. They promised multiple times to call with updates and never did. At one point they couldn't even find the golf cart when I called about it and didn't locate it until the next day. They would benefit from more organization and transparency. I'm fine with repairs taking a while if they are backed up, but this should have been disclosed when we dropped it off so we knew what to expect. .
