I live in Yulee and had a great experience when I purchased 2 used carts from National. Both golf carts stopped running after a few months so I returned to them for repairs. I did everything recommended and when I went to pick them up one would not start. I had to leave it and then return to pick it up, a 45 min trip one way. When I pick the cart up and took it home it lasted approximately 5 minutes before the belt broke because they installed the wrong size belt. National was not willing to assist me in getting the cart back to them. I gave up on the poor customer service and purchased a belt and installed it myself, rather than wasting my time and gas.
This company did a batttery swap for me and was FANTASTIC. Went above and beyond cleaning the cart and fixing wiring issues.
