UPDATED REVIEW 🙌🏻 Google won’t allow me to leave more than one review for this business so I wanted to add a little more to the review based on our experience. Read on for more awesome details about how amazing this business is and how legit their team is. Clearly, we can’t recommend them enough. Experience 1: Logan is the man! We contacted Northwest Custom Carts to install new lights with blinkers and adjust the speed capabilities for our golf cart and when we say we were blown away, that is an understatement. Logan was so professional, knowledgeable, personable, and did an incredible job. The job turned out to be more challenging than we had anticipated, but he stayed and completed it with an incredible work ethic and positive attitude. He even found a broom to clean up after himself in our garage, which was the extra touch that made us want to recommend this business to everyone we know. If you are in the mood for a golf cart, in need of service for your golf cart, or wanting some information... do yourself a favor and contact Logan. We can't recommend him enough. And Logan, if you read this... thank you so much for fixing our golf cart and doing such an amazing job! You provided the kind of customer service that is lost on most people anymore. We will definitely be using you again for any and all services we need for our carts! Experience 2: We had a golf cart with a battery issue and some steering challenges… we immediately knew who we needed to call for the fix and once again they came through and went above and beyond for us. They fixed the battery, were very communicative throughout the process, identified another concern for the steering and suspension and fixed it, and the cherry on top was that they were able to arrange a drop off to bring the cart back to me!! I can’t stop raving about this. Great service, great pricing, incredibly knowledgeable team, and honestly both guys we worked with have been phenomenal. This is 100% the only place we will ever take our carts!
Nothing in life is perfect, but having a company that stands behind their product is comforting. We purchased our Icon back in March, in July we discovered two of the batteries had failed. We called NW Custom Carts and Aaron came out and changed the two bad batteries. The Green Machine is back in action! Thanks Aaron!! Levi is happy too!
Great place to get repairs done or upgrade to an all new cart. The owner is friendly and very responsive.
