I have visited a few Evolution dealers and most of the carts I’ve seen have had some fit and finish issues, panels not lining up right, trim pieces slightly off, etc… Yesterday, Brendan from OH Golf Carts PROUDLY delivered our new Evolution D5 Ranger. I say proudly because it was clear that he had spent some time making our cart PERFECT before dropping it off. I went over the cart with a fine-toothed comb and I couldn’t find one single thing wrong with this cart. Brendan used so much Armor All on our cart, I was sliding around the seat on our first ride. Our cart was super shiny (and slick). Not only was the cart perfect, Brendan let my four-year-old son ride shotgun with him while he pulled into our garage, My son was thrilled to be the first to drive our new cart! Nice touch. Brendan and Courtney, the owners of OH Golf Carts, are a younger couple with a family, and they are running this business the right way, great customer service, great communication, fair deals and they pay attention to the little details. How often do you see a company with a perfect 5-star Google review score? At the time of this review, every other review was also 5-stars. That’s not an anomaly. They’ve earned it. This is the best golf cart dealer I’ve ever encountered. Great job and thank you for being AWESOME!

I recently bought a golf cart from OH Golf Carts, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and an eagerness to help. The team there is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about their products, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Brendan, the sales rep, was especially fantastic. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through their selection. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted at first, but Brendan took the time to understand my needs and guided me through their wide selection of carts. Brendan answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) with patience and expertise. No pushy sales tactics, just good old-fashioned customer service. The buying process was a breeze. The young lady in the office walked me through every step, ensuring I understood all the features and options available. When it came time for delivery, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Brendan even followed up a few days later to make sure I was happy with my purchase and to see if I had any more questions. A month after my purchase, I had a minor issue with my fan. Brendan came over that same day and fixed it on the spot! I typically do not leave reviews but OH Golf Carts truly stands out.
