Paradise Golf Cars

My golf cart wouldn’t charge after sitting all winter. After calling Paradise I was told to bring in the charger and they would check it out. I was told they repaired it $127.00. When I got it home, it would NOT work. So they suggested to pick it up for $85 and they would check it out. I was told the batteries were bad and needed replaced. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and In May I lost my husband. I could not afford $180 x4, plus $100 for install & delivery and tax fees. So I had them return it to me NOT repaired. My grandsons took the batteries out for me to match them. I took them to a local auto parts store where they charged the batteries! The batteries were absolutely fine. After several hours charging at no cost me, my golf cart worked perfectly. I since ordered a new charger. I’ve learned my lesson the hard way after losing money for nothing. During COVID, some retail stores are trying to recoup their losses at the consumers expenses. Anything goes if you gullible! Don’t get caught up in a trap.

These guys are great. I was able to get exactly what I wanted in a refurbished model and save a lot of money compared to a new model that would then need to be customized.

David is kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares. I say that because I called him to run a few things by him and obtain a quote - he answered with wisdom and guidance, and did not produce a quote due to his guidance, which may save me quite a bit of $.
