Presidio Golf Course

Such a beautiful golf course! It felt like I was playing in a forest. It's challenging but still enjoyable with amazing views around every corner. I heard it's hit or miss with the fog, but that might make it even more interesting.

Absolutely gorgeous views, interesting holes, well maintained. Also, right in the middle of the city! Weekdays are best, as it’s cheaper and relatively easy to get a tee time. I DO NOT recommend renting a golf cart unless you struggle physically with elevation. The zones where you can drive the carts are highly restrictive. 100 yards from the greens, and no where near “hills” even when they are not steep. (Usually it’s 30ft) Wonderful course to walk though and I had a great time

Super fun golf course in a great location. Presidio Golf Club provides a great challenge for all. The course is only a 15min drive from downtown San Francisco and is set close to the Golden Gate Bridge in Presidio National Park. The course sits on the rolling terrain with many holes moving up and down hills creating a challenging yet fun experience. It is forgiving enough both off the tee and around the greens. The bunkering is a real charm, plenty of interesting shapes with long grass aiding their character. We paid $190 for 18 holes, cart and hire clubs which included range balls, tees and a 6pack of Taylormade tour response balls. Overall we had a great experience only enhanced by two terrific gents we were grouped with. Id recommended Presidio to anyone looking for a fun golfing experience close downtown SF.
