Shoppa's Material Handling

Another great experience with Shoppa's! Shout out to Rick Valdez for his previous fantastic service which earned our business 3 years ago; To Chris Hattley, for his prompt, precise Pallet rack quotes and patience; And now, GREAT thanks to Philip Roberts, project manager, for his excellence in communicating and overseeing our additional pallet rack installation.

Shoppas installed new racks for us in our new location. They did an outstanding job and customer service could not have been better. Jay Gill, Phillip Roberts and Lee Daniels made the process from start to finish extremely easy. Additionally, they were very helpful with designing how our warehouse would function. As anyone who sets up new facilities knows, the initial phase can be extremely stressful trying to get everything handled. Shoppas ability to manage everything from design all the way through installation smoothly, ensured we didn't have to worry about anything to do with our new warehouse. We will be using them in the future for any of our needs. Thanks

If I could give a negative they would deserve it. Shoppa's sold us a supposedly fully checked out forklift with a surging issue and a smashed radiator from another (very obvious) lifts fork pushed into it. I did not notice the tiny coolant leak until a few days after picking it up. Inspect and saw the radiator smashed. Contacted the sales rep and he said, sorry "as is warranty" nothing he can do. Poor poor handling of this matter from them. As a fully inspected lift per Shoppa's, this should have been caught prior to selling it to us.
