I can’t say enough good things about Daniel and Specialty Car Company. We just received our brand new Onward 4 seat lifted, lithium battery cart and we Love it. I started this process late 2020 in talking to Daniel about what I wanted when we moved into our new home that was being built. Over the next few months I’d send emails, texts, and a surprise visit to talk about the cart. Daniel was always so kind and patient with me in regards to my always changing needs and wants. His customer service was outstanding and continues even after we received our cart. I wish more people had his service skills. I would and will recommend Specialty Car Company to friends and family. Would highly recommend using these guys specifically Daniel who is in the Roswell store. He knows his stuff, cares about his product and goes out of the way to help people. I had something that I needed checked on my cart and he personally came to my house two times during the day to make sure all was good and we were happy with the product. If something goes wrong or you have questions- he is your guys. Super knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else due to Daniel and his customer service. Would highly recommend 10/10
