Buyer beware, renting from this company. Their website is misleading. We had unpleasant experience with this company and customer service. I reported them to credit card company. But yet this guys stole the money by charging my card. This guys are thieves.
These guys were awesome. They went above and beyond with customer service. I had a cart stop working properly, they sent their tow cart out to pick up the broken cart and gave me ride to pick up a new cart.
Not a great experience working with this company. Called with golf cart that would not run was told to bring it in. Dropped off did not hear any thing so called to find out what they found was told they would call me back , they never did. This happened 5 times over the 5 weeks it was there. Finally talked to guy who said he had just got done driving cart around. Said batterie where extremely dead and needs a boost to charge. Said still had a little fluctuating in batteries so may need a battery replacement. I said we'll I will come get and bring home since I can install batteries. Was told to come at 12 on Friday. I arrived golf cart will not run. No one available to help me load. So had to load by myself since it was not drivable. Paid 90.00 for them basically storing my golf cart for 40 days while they were supposed to be diagnosing .
