Westside Cart Rentals

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! First I must say, I was overjoyed when they were able to fulfill my last minute request for an event that had a steep driveway following a rainy day. But my joyest expectations were quickly met with disappointment. Within an hour of my event one cart stopped working and then about 30 minutes after that, the second cart died which was very surprising being that I had booked them for a 5 hour window. They sent a 3rd cart 2 hours later but by that time my event was pretty much wrapped. I was in constant communication in real time throughout the whole event with their team, even sending them photos of the dead carts on the driveway as my guests walked by them so it was even more appalling when I was met the next day with no refund and the worst customer service you could ask for. I was told by Karen C. that they had “bodies” there so they were deserving of the full amount and also told me that since I signed their contract (the one that you need to sign in order to even get the carts to your location) stands since it states we will not dispute any transactions which tells me they do this quite often. I paid for 2 carts that died within 1.5 hours into my 5 hour event that cost $3,600. You're forced to sign a contract in order to even get the items to your location and if the items you paid for no longer work during your contracted window, they are not held accountable. I even submitted a claim on AMEX but because it states in the contract I signed that I will not dispute the transaction, they could not do anything. At least we all know that bad business will catch up to them eventually but until then, save yourself the time and money and DO NOT WORK WITH WESTSIDE CART RENTALS .

We rented a 6-passenger golf cart and couldn't be happier! Great customer service from Marcy and her team. We greatly appreciate it and look forward to the next time. Highly recommended!

Do not do business with these people. They are total ripoffs. I paid for 2 working carts, which broke down immediately. Then they brought only 1 working cart back and still charged me for 2. Now they want to offer a credit. I want a refund. Shady business practices!! Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
