Was told mower would be ready in 1 1/2 weeks when I dropped it off. After repeated calls to check on it, and asked twice for the boss to call me, it was still not fixed and never heard from the boss. I went in to pick it up after they had it for 5 1/2 weeks and was told it was fixed yesterday. Didn't call me to tell me it was ready and didn't call with the estimate (as I asked them to do). I know it's only a mower repair shop, but you would think they would have some kind of customer service. But, nope! I will never go there again!!!
