Apex is a terrific store. I walked in not knowing anything about golf cars, except I wanted one to drive around my gated community. Caius was outstanding. He walked me through every aspect of getting a 2014 RXV and customizing it just the way I wanted. They basically tore the old cart down to the frame and installed new parts, new body, new upholstery which my wife designed. I wound up saving thousands over a new golf car while getting a completely custom car that I really like. I highly recommend them.
They are thieves. I paid for a brake pedal a week ago. I have tried calling them, nobody answers, I tried e-mailing them 4 times, no response. They charged my card but I can't get a response about a ship date. Their website said the item was in stock. All I want to know is when the item will ship. I even told them I am disputing the charge and still no response. I can't think of any other word than "thieves". I am in the parts business as well and I always respond to my customers. I always provide ETA's and respond to e-mails and answer calls. Do not buy from these snakes.
