Batteries Northwest

My wife took a battery tw batteries in to be tested and they said the older one was bad and sold her a new one. I installed both batteries and the one they said was good would not charge I took it back, tested it and it had a short. They replaced it for free. I like this business but was disappointed in this particular incident. Yes, I will return because they have a great inventory and are very helpful.

I'm so impressed with the customer service I received from all the guys at Batteries Northwest. They went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure my 5th wheel batteries were up and going. Top notch knowledge. I will go back every time.

I have been doing business here for years and they continue to impress. They sell quality products, but customer service is really where they shine. Recently they were able to help me out of a pinch by getting creative and going above and beyond what was expected. They have always been respectful, courteous and professional. Customer service the way it should be!
