My wife took a battery tw batteries in to be tested and they said the older one was bad and sold her a new one. I installed both batteries and the one they said was good would not charge I took it back, tested it and it had a short. They replaced it for free. I like this business but was disappointed in this particular incident. Yes, I will return because they have a great inventory and are very helpful.
I'm so impressed with the customer service I received from all the guys at Batteries Northwest. They went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure my 5th wheel batteries were up and going. Top notch knowledge. I will go back every time.
