Birdie Golf Cart Rental Office

Organized but way overpriced. We paid a large amount of money for a very old golf cart, covered in duct tape, most of their 6 seater rentals are. We took it to the beach and back from our site and almost didn’t make it back (after having it charging all night). We needed to charge it at a helpful persons trailer so we could get back, when my husband returned it and let them know, they informed him “oh ya that happens all the time”. As a customer I am expecting a much better golf cart as a rental. It was also very dirty still and appeared as though it had not cleaned from previous customer.

I had to take both my golf carts in for service and Tammy was kind enough to drop me off back to my trailer as it was so hot out. Always kind and courteous to deal with convenient location and great hours. I depend on Birdie’s for all my golf cart needs.

Birdies Golf Cart Rental always goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! We recently experienced issues with our personal golf cart which required urgent service and a rental cart in the mean time to support our renters. Mya was quick to help and was very kind, patient and helpful during a very stressful time. Tami, who also manages the front desk, always has a smile on her face and is always willing to help! She also went above and beyond by securing us an equivalent 6 passenger golf cart for our next set of renters in the event our cart could not be fixed in time. We truly appreciate the efforts this team takes day in and day out to support their customers. Even though we don’t have to see them often, when we do, we know we will be taken care of.
