Black Tie Rentals is one of these best places I’ve did business with ever. They’re very kind hearted people who pay attention to detail. They’re picked perfect set ups for us, they adjusted everything to custom specs via height. Feet angle. You name it. They even helped us put our shoes on. Everyone there was very nice, gave us pointers on how to snowboard, how to use the gear. Etc. AND even when I was dropping off the equipment, they came to my truck and took it. I didn’t have to move a muscle. VERY VERY great work. And GREAT PRICE
Really pleased with service and demo product in my recent experience with Black Tie at Truckee CA. I tried the exact ski I was shopping for, the Peak98 by DAV. Store staff all very friendly and flexible - I changed my rental days on short notice due to snow conditions and we made it work. Absolutely great service and I'd recommend this place without hesitation.
Great experience for a family of 6. Their lowest cost equipment was MUCH higher quality than the shops that rent through Epic at the base AND they were slightly less expensive. They were on-time, friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again.
