We purchased our cart from Bob back in 2020. He has been super responsive to questions regarding our cart. Recently, we experienced major challenges with our ride requiring some major repairs. Bob was straight forward about the problems and turned the proverbial lemons into lemonade. Working with Bob, we decided it was a great time to upgrade our cart. Lithium Battery, check, new dashboard with stereo, check, custom steering wheel completing the “wow” factor, check that box too.
