Once I was able to connect with Shane of the main office in TN, he directed me to Joe in Schaumburg, IL (fyi— not the address listed on website). It was a simple and easy transaction. Joe and Shane were able to provide any info we needed regarding accessories, and after a quick test drive we were proud new owners of an MD Rookie!
