Totally positive experience. They gave me an estimate for replacing my lead acid batteries. After I asked Joaquin about converting to lithium he answered all of my question without the slightest bit of hard-sell. I decided to have the conversion done and I am thoroughly delighted with the result. Joaquin and Anna are good people.
